Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card required. This gives you full access to evaluate the product before committing.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions can be refunded within the first 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, you can cancel but the remaining term will not be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at billing@scriflow.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to terms of service violations, or for add-on services that have already been consumed.
