These Terms of Service govern your use of Scriflow. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Use of Service

Scriflow provides an electronic document management and signature platform. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Accounts & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per user. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We do not access, sell, or share your content. We store your data securely and process it only as needed to provide the service.

Electronic Signatures

Our electronic signatures comply with the ESIGN Act (US), UETA, and eIDAS (EU). Each signature includes an audit trail with timestamp, IP address, and signer identity for legal admissibility.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Scriflow is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
